Whether it's time, money or simply food - there are plenty of ways to donate to your local food bank.
Since the Covid-19 pandemic began we have been overwhelmed by the increased need for food in our rural area. This has impacted not only our food supplies but our operating expenses as well. If you would like to help, please see the link below. Thank you!
We are always welcome for more volunteers to help our food bank operations! If you are interested, contact us through
The Darrington Food Bank accepts surplus fruits and vegetables, less-than-ideal produce that is still perfectly edible.
Fresh produce is critical to good nutrition. Whether a backyard grower, distributor or local farmer, you can reduce waste, better utilize available resources and help bring more food to those in our community who are hungry.
Your delivery to our food bank allows us to use our resources in a cost-effective manner.
The best days and times to drop off donations are Sunday & Tuesday at 10 am at our address: 1080 N Sauk Avenue Darrington, WA 98241, where our staff can assist you.
Please bring produce donations in a clean container such as a paper bag or cardboard box.
